About the role
The Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and facilitate safe patient discharge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility and gait training
- Support early mobility efforts within the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic plans and home strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
- Current state license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured onboarding and mentorship
