About the role
The Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, enhance mobility, and support patient discharge.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training
- Support early mobility initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
- Current state license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
