Physical Therapist-Neuro-PRN

About the role

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Ontario, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals, resulting in durable outcomes through an evidence-based approach.

Patients are accepted anywhere on the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness. Our experienced teams build individualized programs tailored to each patient's specific issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs

Requirements

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers
