Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are seeking experienced Physical Therapists for PRN positions in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas to deliver patient-centered care through interdisciplinary, evidence-based treatment plans practiced in functional settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers
