Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation. We offer part-time positions for experienced Physical Therapists in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs
• Create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities
• Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals
• Provide intensive, individualized services working one-on-one with patients
• Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
