Physical Therapist - Neck and Back/General Outpatient
About the Role
This position is part of the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program, focusing on providing care for adolescent to geriatric patients with spinal pain. The role offers a 50/50 split caseload with general outpatient orthopedics. The TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program offers a unique approach to spinal pain treatment. We collaborate with patients to develop personalized physical therapy programs tailored to their individual needs, emphasizing spinal fitness and overall function. While orthopedic experience is preferred, we provide a comprehensive four-week in-house training program for candidates without prior experience to ensure they acquire the necessary skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy care for patients with spinal pain as part of the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program.
- Develop and implement personalized physical therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Split caseload evenly between the Neck and Back Strengthening Program and general outpatient orthopedics.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and minimize healthcare costs.
Requirements
- Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
- Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
- Membership in a related professional organization.
- Proficiency with communication and data processing equipment.
- Proficiency in clinical equipment related to physical therapy.
- Experience with electronic medical record software.
Schedule
Days, evenings, and weekends as needed by the clinic.
