Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
- Be involved in treatment, not just evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
- Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and specialty track development
Requirements
- Passionate about 1:1 patient care
- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Delaware
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screen
