About the role

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Pay

$90,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, certification, etc.). If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K).

Requirements

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (REQUIRED)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (REQUIRED)
• Eagerness to grow & learn
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (e.g., sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics)
