Duties
- Perform patient initial exam and evaluation and re-examinations
- Review pertinent medical records, imaging, and reports
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Referral to other services as needed
- Provide patient education on home care, exercises, and therapy options
- Offer high quality physical therapy
- Document timely and accurately
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care plans
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT license in NV
Salary
$125k-$145k annually (depending on experience)
