We’re seeking a Physical Therapy Director to lead our Katonah NY clinic. This is an opportunity for a motivated clinician to step into a leadership role while continuing hands-on patient care—with profit sharing and potential equity/partnership.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and create individualized care plans
• Lead and support clinic operations and team development
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain documentation and track outcomes

Qualifications

• DPT or master’s in physical therapy
• Active NY license (or eligible)
• Ortho experience preferred
• Leadership interest (experience a plus, not required)
