The position seeks a Physical Therapist passionate about patient care who will evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury, developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
• Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent interactions regarding the patient’s treatment in physical therapy via electronic documentation system.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the clinic by working together as a team and assisting others when needed.
