Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through various methods and gather comprehensive data.
• Create and implement personalized treatment programs, reviewing plans with patients and instructing families or caregivers as needed.
• Use therapeutic activities to promote health, adjust interventions based on ongoing evaluations, and coordinate with medical teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and other reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members about patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants, techs, and students ensuring safe, efficient patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensing.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
