Join a multidisciplinary team as a Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through various data sources and create personalized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in different settings, tailoring interventions to patient capabilities.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members about patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive care and participate in educational activities for professional growth.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants, techs, and students to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain proper equipment knowledge and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Uphold organizational values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively to promote a productive, efficient environment.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with sufficient visual acuity and hearing.
