Physical Therapist - Inpatient - Part Time Evenings

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with standards and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Progress patients safely through treatments to optimize outcomes
• Perform discharge planning, patient education, and home exercise program development
• Cook up coordination with staff, participate in team training, and document patient care thoroughly and promptly

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed by the State and graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program
• Experience in patient care delivery and proficiency with standard therapy equipment
• Able to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and dependability
• Strong communication skills in English, manual dexterity, mobility, and physical strength to handle patients and equipment
