Physical Therapist - Inpatient

About the Role

Provides safe and effective Physical Therapy services by conducting evaluations, treatments, and patient education to meet individual goals. Communicates professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with neuro/musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility and independence.
• Offer services in sports, orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal rehab.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Ability to travel to multiple care points.
