Physical Therapist III,
About the role
Independently responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge and practice level competencies and is a recognized clinical or workflow subject matter expert. Responsible for developing key workflows and clinical protocols or guidelines for department.
Serves as a resource in the education, training and mentoring of other staff and as a clinical instructor for assigned students. May coordinate staff education and student programs.
Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school
- PT-Physical Therapist certification
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- Valid Drivers License Class C (for Home Health department)
- Automobile Insurance (for Home Health department)
- 5 years of recent relevant experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $139,276.80 to $194,979.20 per year. The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend requirements as needed.
