Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy
• Provides documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students
• Participates in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and one’s self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education
• Ensures that all patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through the quality care and input to medical management provided by the Physical Therapist and that the therapist continues his or her professional growth and development contribution to the Medical Center

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program

Requirements

• Current State licensure as Physical Therapist required
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required

Skills

• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred
• Knowledge of Pelvic Health
• Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program

Pay

Salary Range: Minimum $34.62/hour - Maximum $57.19/hour.

Schedule

Day Shift; Full-time, 40 hours per week.
