Requirements
- Arkansas State board license
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy
- Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I
- CPR certification required (can be completed upon hire)
Schedule
Shift: Day; Working Hours: M-F 8-5; some weekends and holidays. Authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
