Physical Therapist-Hospital Resource Pool

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals with medical or health-related conditions that impact movement, function, and daily activities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions while supporting evidence-based practices and creative service delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring timely, accurate, and ethical documentation and billing.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, continuous learning, process improvement, and resource management to enhance care delivery and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from an accredited program in respective field.
• Experience: Experience In Specialty Area Preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Iowa license as a PT. Current BLS (CPR).

Earn a $4/hr Differential for being part of our resource pool!

Schedule

Full time and PRN opportunities available. Hours are Monday–Friday days, with some weekend and holiday rotation for full-time team members.
