About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our hospital team. This role focuses on enriching lives and growing abilities in a warm, nurturing environment that values respect, professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and thorough client/student examinations in the hospital or education environment using departmental format.
- Identify Physical Therapy Diagnosis and Prognosis to direct an appropriate plan of care for each client/student.
- Implement effective Procedural (Direct) Interventions based on assessment results.
- Provide coordination, communication, and documentation to support client/student functional outcomes and program needs.
- Perform client/student-related instruction to support functional outcomes and program needs.
- Provide consultative services within the organization and/or to outside agencies regarding environmental and service provision issues.
- Participate in educational programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of others.
- Perform transdisciplinary roles to optimize client/student carryover of functional outcomes and program needs.
- Participate in department duties to provide effective and efficient services.
- Engage in training and studies to enhance knowledge in pediatric and developmental disabilities specialty practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $79,059.00 - $95,762.00 annually.
