Riverside Health System is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team in Lancaster County, VA. The position offers a competitive salary range of $96,400.00 - $132,550.00 annually, with actual pay determined by job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Responsibilities
- Perform assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and measure progress
- Design and carry out evidence-based treatment plans that help patients regain independence and mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists
- Supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure consistency and quality of care
- Build relationships that foster trust, confidence, and healing in every home
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Experience: 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
- Licenses & Certifications: Active Physical Therapy License (PT) – Virginia Department of Health Professions (required upon hire), CPR/BLS Certification – AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required within 30 days), Valid Driver’s License (required; frequent travel using personal vehicle)
