Pay
- Start of Care (SOC): $110.00
- Evaluation / Re-Admission: $80.00
- Routine Visit: $70.00
Per-visit compensation is paid as a flat rate for completed visits. Reliable bi-weekly electronic payments are processed automatically based on completed Kinnser visit logs—no invoice tracking required.

North Broward County: Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Parkland, Margate, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
- Implement effective plans of care to improve patient mobility and safety.
- Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge) with support from the clinical team.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, office staff, and therapy assistants to deliver outstanding patient care.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus.
