About the role
Provide quality home-care physical-therapy services in Delaware County (Upper Darby, Lansdowne, Drexel Hill). Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and administer treatment to help patients regain mobility in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments based on physician referrals and patient needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized plans of care following physical-therapy evaluations.
- Deliver hands-on treatment to restore patient mobility and function.
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
- Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required on hire.
- Valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
- One year of clinical experience or a clinical affiliation in home care.

Schedule
