About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Our one-on-one care fosters a rewarding environment, and therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules for a successful work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism.
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
• Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.

Schedule

Available Opportunities include Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits, PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit), and H1B sponsorship available.
