Physical Therapist (Full Time) - Sign-On Bonus Available
Job Summary
The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The position utilizes therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.
About the role
This position is based out of Littleton, NH with travel to surrounding areas as well. The Staff Physical Therapist will cover North Route 3 Groveton to Pittsburgh area.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
Pay
A commencement bonus of $7,500 is eligible, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Services include skilled observation and assessment, nursing care management, disease management, surgical aftercare, wound care, injections and IV therapy, maternal and baby health, pediatric care, rehabilitative services, therapeutic assessment and rehabilitation planning specific to the home. Palliative care services include in-home consultation with a provider and/or Medical Social Worker, advanced care planning, symptom management recommendations, social and spiritual support, and bereavement and grief support. Hospice care includes a certified hospice nursing assessment, 24/7 clinical support, in-home provider visits for pain and symptom management, medical supplies, equipment, hospice medications, volunteer support and companionship, social and spiritual support, and bereavement and grief support.

Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
