Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN)

About the role

In this role, you will assess patients' functional status, mobility, pain, and medical conditions to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. You will provide therapy services within legal scope, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare team members. The position involves educating patients, families, and caregivers about care plans, conducting visits as scheduled, and documenting progress after each session.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification (preferred)
