Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN)

About the role

Provide patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate progress to improve patient mobility, endurance, and pain management. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and assist in developing therapy plans.
• Deliver treatments within legal scope, monitor patient responses, and report changes.
• Educate patients, families, and team members about care plans and progress.
• Perform visits, document progress, and develop treatment plans adhering to state guidelines.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach regardless of demographic factors.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Pay

Competitive pay based on productivity, including per visit and hourly rates, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
