Western Washington offers a unique environment where you can enjoy the outdoors while contributing to your community as part of our RET team. With 23 clinics providing a variety of services including dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, nutritional services, massage therapy, and wellness programs, our full-time PTs see approximately 11 visits per day and 7-8 evaluations per week. The RET team is committed to growth and development, offering AI enabled Clinical documentation, fully paid trainings, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

About

Average Salary Range: $88K - $105K/year + Up to a $15K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Includes student loan reimbursement, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
