About the role

The Physical Therapist plans and provides patient-centered physical therapy treatments in accordance with professional standards and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial patient assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Implements therapy interventions and monitors patient progress.
• Provides education tailored to individual rehabilitation needs.
• Observes and reviews patient records for ongoing assessment.

Qualifications

• Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensing: Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.
• Knowledge & Skills: Ability to interpret patient records, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, work independently, and organize multiple tasks.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform activities such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with excellent visual acuity and quick reaction to emergencies.

Additional Details: The role may involve guiding therapy assistants, with no supervisory responsibilities.
