Physical Therapist, Full-Time, Days

About the role

Provides advanced physical therapy services by designing and implementing individualized treatment programs, conducting evaluations, and interpreting results across neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessments, develops and revises treatment plans.
• Ensures coordinated care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provides patient education and discharge planning.
• Documents all services in compliance with regulations.
• Supervises and mentors Physical Therapists, Assistants, and Students.
• Manages tasks and maintains departmental standards.
• Participates in team activities and supports organizational initiatives.
• Meets productivity goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• No prior experience required.

Non-management role reporting to supervisory staff.
