Physical Therapist, Full-Time, Day

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems. The therapist will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on delivering quality physical therapy care.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and revise treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families about treatment goals and progress.
• Document assessments and progress accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and departmental activities.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and provide performance feedback.
• Support departmental goals and maintain productivity standards.
• Assist with equipment and supplies management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current PT licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Advanced clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate service.
