About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans.
• Applying therapeutic procedures to promote recovery.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Utilizing office equipment such as tablets and cell phones for documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
