Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat patients to help them regain mobility, strength, and alleviate pain.
• Mentor and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not mandatory.
