Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with temporary or long-term physical disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document progress and outcomes to measure patient success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT in Physical Therapy (required).
• Licensure as a PT in the state of Florida (required).
• One or more years of clinical experience (preferred).
• A passion for working with geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
