About the role

Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions for patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a full patient caseload, including documentation, billing, scheduling, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, supports support staff, and coordinates with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication, and adherence to organizational policies, ethics, and scope of practice.
  • In inpatient settings, coordinates equipment delivery and supports smooth care transitions.
  • Flexible in working across departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure required.
