Physical Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview This role, supervised by the Rehab Therapy supervisor, involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in a rehab setting. Responsibilities include direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, ensuring care aligns with departmental policies, standards, and the organization’s mission and values. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Current Arkansas license or registry eligibility in Physical Therapy, with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.Licensure: Valid Arkansas Physical Therapy license.Certifications: BLS certification, current prior to independently caring for patients.Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year in rehabilitation, with experience in adult and geriatric care.
