Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for helping patients improve mobility, manage long-term conditions, and recover from injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in achieving functional goals through therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide patient-centered therapy, promote recovery and wellness, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License required.
• BLS Certification may be required.
• Preferred experience in outpatient settings.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
