Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role: Provides physical therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Collaborates as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Conducts evaluations, applies clinical techniques, and designs tailored treatment and discharge plans. Ensures accurate documentation, supervises assistants, and performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or foreign equivalent) and a valid state licensure. Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience. Certifications required include CPR/BLS and BLS from approved vendors. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Ability to supervise staff and work within an interdisciplinary team. Commitment to patient care quality and safety standards.
