Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Perform evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.Establish and communicate care and discharge plans.Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.Supervise assigned assistants and perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent; licensure in the practice state.Preferred two years of experience in Physical Therapy.Required certifications include state licensure and BLS or CPR certification. Additional Requirements: Must adhere to safety protocols, receive necessary vaccinations, and comply with organizational policies. The role involves clinical evaluation, treatment, documentation, supervision, and collaboration to support patient recovery and wellbeing.
