Physical Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams. The position involves establishing individualized treatment plans, documenting care, and delegating tasks to assistants and students as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
• Educates and consults with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals when necessary.
• Delegates interventions to support staff based on skill levels.
• Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations, ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist license required.
• Open to both experienced and new graduate PTs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
