About the role

Provides skilled outpatient physical therapy services, focusing on developmental and orthopedic pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient needs
• Educate families and healthcare teams
• Delegate tasks to assistants and students
• Document care in accordance with departmental policies

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s Degree preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist License
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Supervisory Experience: Not required

Skills

• Strong communication, collaboration, and assessment skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Capable of delegating and supervising support staff
