Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to assist patients in improving mobility, managing conditions, and enhancing overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a family-oriented clinic setting with private treatment rooms and 1:1 patient interactions.
• Participate in a structured 1-year mentorship program with weekly meetings, case reviews, and ongoing education.
• Engage in professional development activities such as manual therapy training, presentations, and certification opportunities like dry needling.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License.
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and training.
• Orthopedic clinical experience or interest preferred.
• Open to relocation.
