Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings preferred.
- Ability to deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care and adhere to risk-stratified protocols.
- Comfort with productivity expectations based on optimal dosage models (45–60 minute sessions).
- Ability to use clinical productivity and efficiency tools such as electronic documentation platforms and practice support systems.
