About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
  • Deliver 30–40 minute treatment sessions and perform 30–60 minute evaluations as needed.
  • Treat patients ranging from 10 years to geriatric.
  • Work with outpatient orthopedics caseloads.
  • May provide dry needling or other specialty services as cash-based options.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or demonstrated interest in outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred.
  • Comfort treating ages 10 through geriatric.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn TherOffice EMR preferred.
  • Dry needling experience or interest in providing cash-based specialty services is a plus.

  • New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus available up to $10,000, paid in two installments (half at 90 days, half at 6 months).
  • Retailion bonus available ($3,000 after 3 years; may increase).
  • Productivity bonuses paid quarterly with potential earnings up to approximately $11,000 per year based on productivity thresholds.
  • Annual continuing education stipend of $2,500.
  • Full-time status defined as 30+ hours; part-time and flexible schedules available, including 4x10 option.
  • Opportunities for CEU courses hosted regionally and internal clinical development.

Caseload & Clinical Practice

  • Outpatient orthopedics only.
  • No neuro, TMJ, or vestibular unless the clinician prefers to treat those cases.
  • Patient ages range from 10 years to geriatric.
  • Typical visit length: 30–40 minute treatment sessions. Evaluations 30–60 minutes for select cases.
  • Treatment is primarily based on internal physician referrals.
  • Dry needling and other specialty services available as cash-based options.

Mentorship & Culture

  • Unstructured new grad mentorship tailored to clinician needs.
  • Monthly staff meetings with clinical spotlights and staff presentations.
  • Two CEU courses annually hosted in the region.
  • High retention among staff and collaborative team environment.
