About the role
You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a typical daily caseload of 18–20 patients
- Collaborate with aides and multidisciplinary clinicians (chiropractic, OT, acupuncture)
- Work in a high-volume outpatient clinic with productivity expectations (typical clinic productivity 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; up to 3 patients per hour during peak times)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey state license required to start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred
- Willingness to work the client schedule: Monday–Friday days (typical schedules include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; T/Th 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM). Some clinics offer rotating Saturdays about once per month and 4×10 options
