Job Summary

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients. Benefits include a Student Repayment up to $25k, a Clinician Incentive Plan, and a potential Sign on Bonus.

About the Role

You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
  • Work flexible shifts (variable start and end times).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active State of Idaho Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Eligibility or experience with progressive, exercise-driven care models and risk-stratified protocols preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (variable start and end times).
  • New graduates and clinicians with 2+ years of experience will be considered; applicable salary banding and incentive programs apply.
