Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois state license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Flexible scheduling experience or ability to work a flexible schedule.
