Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview

• Positions: Physical Therapist (PT) and Clinic Director
• Location: New outpatient clinic opening this year on the other side of Roseville, CA
• Reason for opening: Growth and expansion; strong patient demand is already established
• Patient population: Ages 5+ through 90+; mix of orthopedic conditions including hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, and foot issues
• Visit structure: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups; 1:1 patient care model
• Technology: EMR System: Empower with AI transcription and dictation

Responsibilities

• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with Empower (AI transcription + dictation) is preferred
• New graduates are acceptable for the Physical Therapist role
