Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients in St. Augustine, FL. The role involves helping adult outpatient orthopedic patients improve their mobility, comfort, and activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Helping adult outpatient orthopedic patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
• Working within a large physician group and collaborating with other therapists and support staff.
• Managing an hourly-based caseload averaging 1.5 patients per hour, focusing on adult outpatient orthopedics.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, multi-patient setting and maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Serving as the clinicians’ “eyes and ears” while being proactive and flexible in problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).

• Comfortable working within a large physician group and collaborating with other therapists and support staff.
• Able to work across multiple therapists and maintain a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive problem solver with a "get things done" attitude.
