Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities

- Perform musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Use common outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities and exercise equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida state license to practice Physical Therapy required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with musculoskeletal evaluation, therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and use of common outpatient equipment (e.g., therapeutic modalities, exercise equipment).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for patient education, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and maintain accurate clinical documentation according to facility and regulatory standards.
